Terms of Service

Overview

These terms apply to the Div10.ai public website, demos, signup flow, and Div10 Field Pro service. By using the site or service, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and according to these terms.

Business Use

Div10 Field Pro is designed for internal field-to-office workflow by Division 10 and toilet partition contractors. It is not a public quote builder, customer portal, ecommerce configurator, code-compliance certification tool, or professional design substitute.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate signup, billing, and account information and keep it current.

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Plan pricing, included seats, and add-on seats are shown during signup or billing flows. Subscription access may be limited, suspended, or ended if payment fails, if account information is inaccurate, or if the service is misused.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the accuracy and legality of job, measurement, layout, photo, report, and contact data entered into the service. You should review field measurements and generated reports before relying on them for estimating, ordering, installation, or customer communication.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer the product, or use the service to violate another party's rights.

Intellectual Property

Div10.ai, Div10 Field Pro, the public site, product design, source code, workflows, text, graphics, and other service materials are owned by Div10.ai or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or software to you.

Service Changes

We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the site or service. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, updates, or events outside our control.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Div10.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
