Div10.ai provides the public website, demo entry points, signup flow, billing handoff, and onboarding process for Div10 Field Pro. Div10 Field Pro is a hosted field-to-office workflow for toilet partition contractors.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as company name, account or owner name, email address, phone number, workspace slug, support messages, and signup details.

When you use the site, demo, or signup flow, we may collect basic technical and usage information such as IP address, browser details, pages visited, button clicks, timestamps, and session information.

If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive subscription and payment status information from Stripe, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

If you use the field tool, the tool-side application may store job, room, layout, photo, report, user, and account data needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the website, create and provision workspaces, process subscriptions, send onboarding or support messages, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us run the product, including payment processing, hosting, email delivery, logging, security, and the tool-side field workflow. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer field-measure data to build public quote-builder, customer portal, or advertising products.

Cookies and Analytics

The site uses cookies and similar storage for sessions, security, signup flow continuity, and basic first-party visit analytics. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels on the public site.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet business or legal requirements, resolve disputes, protect the product, and maintain records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Div10.ai is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
